  This company is just fine to work with if you have an eternity to wait. My client found the hardware they wanted from this company so I called to inquire about setting up an account and what their lead times were. I was told if merchandise was in-stock it would be 3 days & I needed to fill out the forms to set up an account and within 24 hrs we would be set to place my order. After I had my order ready to place they wanted a credit card (I ask you, what was the point of setting up an account?), 1st waste of my time, oh and now lead time was going to be 5 days on my in-stock product. So the day rolls around when I should be receiving my product and guess what?.... It is no where to be found and they can't track it. It had to be reordered. I had to fight them to get it next day air in the am. They did however get it to me by Monday morning. When I opened the box to make sure the right number of knobs and pulls were sent I noticed 1 of the knobs was wrong, second waste of my time. So I called and asked to have another one sent ASAP. I was assured I would have it the following morning only they sent it 2 day air, third waste of my time. So now I am forced to tell my client, an international contracting firm, that not only could they not finish their installation last Friday as they had planned but they now won't have their product until end of day Wednesday, so no installing until Thursday. Beware to any professional who works on a timeline. I do have to say that Barbra is very nice to work with though, so ask for her.
