  I have had 2 windows & 2 sliding doors installed by Pella & their team. Starting from the initial consultation with Patrick Gonzalez who knew exactly what would work with the limitations at my condo. Through the office who took care of the paperwork needed for the management board. To George & team who perfectly installed the windows & doors - and left my place spotless(including cleaning the windows until they shined).

  This is the fourth time we had the pleasure of working with Pella. We've had multiple windows, storm doors, sliding doors and bay window installed over the past 5 years. The reason we are loyal returning customers is because of the excellent products and service we received. Working with Steve Panzi was so pleasant. He shared his thoughts and great ideas while listening to what we wanted. He showed us a variety of products and explained in detail why it would or would not work for our specific need. Stephanie in the office helped in accommodating us in the schedule without a problem (thank you). The installation was very organized and neat. The project manager Bill made sure that everything was perfect and even returned after the project was finished to make sure everything was done properly. He was also a pleasure to work with. We are super happy with our purchases and working with a friendly staff just made it so easy. A big THANK YOU to Steve and Bill !
